6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBL cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
cinnamon sugar
2 pie crust (make your own or use premade)

Mix sugar, cornstarch & cinnamon, pour over sliced peaches.  Mix well.  Pour into unbaked pie shell.  Dot with butter. Top with crust, vent well. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

So simple, yet so good.

(If using frozen peaches, thaw completely and increase cornstarch to 3 TBLS)

**Thanks to my friend and neighbor Teri for the fabulous peaches & the great recipe!! ;o)

This recipe looks like something I can do! I need to ask you more about the blogging, its been on my mind lately and my friends bacck home say i've got great stories to share, if not only with them! Speaking of de-cluttering I like a FB site ...based on a book I read, called Clutter Busting. It helps me with a weekly reminder of getting rid of clutter and is really inspirational!
